Great opportunity for a motivated Dementia Lead (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join a fantastic care home in Surrey area.

Our client offers residential, nursing and dementia care for older people at our high quality care homes across the UK. The home boasts great facilities and a skilled and dedicated team committed to providing high quality care to all residents.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £22.00 per hour and a number of generous benefits.

Responsibilities:

Above all, you’ll look to continually innovate and improve, to provide residents with the quality of life they deserve.

Requirements:

·         Must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Elderly Care including latest best practice in Dementia Care

·         Must have an active NMC Pin

·         High level of clinical expertise necessary to lead and develop a strong clinical team

·         In-depth knowledge of person-centred care, CQC care practices and Quality Assurance processes

·         Must have a strong commitment to making the lives of those in your care better.

You must be qualified as Registered General Nurse RGN and have at least 15 months experience as nurse
